What to have ready when you call
A few details help us give you a straight answer quickly:
- Where the vehicle or equipment is, as exactly as you can say
- What it's doing, and when the problem started
- The make, model and year, if you have them
- Any warning lights or codes on the dash
- Whether it's parked somewhere safe or close to traffic
If you're stopped somewhere unsafe, move clear of traffic first and call for roadside help if you need it. Your safety comes before the truck.
When mobile repair makes sense
Some problems can be handled right where the vehicle sits. Others need a lift, shop equipment or more time than a roadside allows. We'd rather tell you straight which one you're looking at than leave you waiting on a fix that can't happen there.
If it does need to come in, our shop is at 3450 N Ramsey Rd. in Coeur d'Alene, and we can walk you through the next step from there.
Built around getting you moving
A stopped truck costs money every hour it sits, and we know that. This shop was started by a fleet manager, and the goal has always been the same: keep customers safely on the road and get vehicles and equipment back to work as quickly as possible.
Call during shop hours, Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 4:30, and tell us what's going on.
Not sure it's a mobile job?
Call anyway. Describe what happened and what you can see, and we'll help you work out the next step, whether that's a mobile repair or a trip to the shop. A quick call can save you a long wait.
